A Magnified Transverse Wave.

What is identity? It’s being who you are, but who are you?

Is it who you say you are? Is your identity represented by your actions, and does it originate from an inner essence? I don’t define myself by my profession, craft, or possessions; rather, I define myself by who I say I am, and how I live up to that ideal.

There’s gravity involved in the exploration of the entire Self, and those closest to you can help you feel it. When I’m with Dot, I am real… I am my Self. The rest of me that lived like the dark side of the moon was a soft secret, waiting to be heard ever more, the nearer I drew. Her warming early morning had not yet revealed the path, though I knew it was always there… there was a sort of patient “waiting.” She has always been my mirror, and when she first smiled upon the entire me, I was reminded of when I tried fitting the universe’s infinity into a single thought. Opening… like petals emerging from the dark, she cast the first light.

I am all of me. At the highest magnification, I see a sine wave. I have discovered both the crest and trough that resonates with my reflections, and that sine forms the fundamental of my identity, and everything I do. As time has gone by, exactly from where my actions and sense of Self stem has become clear.

I have been traveling… traveling for a long time, missing the rest of me… she took my hand with love, and showed me where the Lilly grows.
